1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lll77 ("lll77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the lll77 website located at lll77.org, including all subpages, services, features, content, and functionality made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the lll77 account registration process, accessing the Platform as a guest, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of lll77, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

2 Eligibility & Registration

Providing false information regarding your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You may only register and use an lll77 account if online gaming is legally permitted in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing lll77 is lawful in your location. lll77 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. 2.3 Registration Requirements

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active lll77 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. lll77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts identified on the Platform and to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with those accounts without prior notice.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lll77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. lll77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your lll77 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify lll77 immediately by contacting the support team at the email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms. lll77 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account pending resolution.

3.3 Account Accuracy

All information associated with your lll77 account must remain accurate and up to date at all times. lll77 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete. Accounts may be locked pending re-verification at any time lll77 reasonably suspects that account information is no longer current or accurate.

3.4 Account Transfers

lll77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, bonuses, or funds held within it to any third party. Any attempted transfer of an lll77 account will render it immediately subject to permanent suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lll77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your lll77 account wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer channels (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet) are credited within the processing timeframes of the respective financial institution. lll77 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are outside lll77's control and responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed by lll77 within 15 minutes of submission, subject to verification checks. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within standard Philippine banking business hours. lll77 does not deduct platform fees from withdrawal amounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your lll77 account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.

4.4 Verification Requirements

lll77 may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds specified thresholds. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the nominated payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

4.5 Currency

All lll77 account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lll77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is conducted outside the lll77 Platform and is subject to your provider's exchange rates and fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

lll77 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, as published in the lll77 promotions section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your lll77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering requirement calculations will not contribute to meeting the wagering threshold.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. lll77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw bonus offers at any time without prior notice. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to enhanced responsible gaming controls may have bonus eligibility restricted or removed.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the lll77 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using automated betting strategies — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, forfeiture of any winnings derived from those bonuses, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Wagers

By placing a wager on the lll77 Platform, you accept the rules applicable to that specific game or betting market. All wagers are final once confirmed. lll77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where lll77 determines, at its sole discretion, that a wager was placed in error due to a technical malfunction or manifest pricing error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the lll77 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to wager confirmation. lll77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and without prior notice, including applying individual player limits where warranted.

6.3 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on lll77 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology for slot and table games, and by live feeds for live casino, sports betting, and racing markets. lll77 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical disruption affecting a live game or betting market, lll77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to player accounts.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on lll77, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong, are governed by the lll77 Sports Betting Rules in addition to these general Terms. Results are settled based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority. lll77 reserves the right to suspend, void, or amend markets where it determines that there has been irregular betting activity, match manipulation, or a data feed error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lll77 Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Registering or operating more than one lll77 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the lll77 Platform, including but not limited to the lll77 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of lll77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lll77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any lll77 content without express prior written consent from lll77.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Responsible Gaming

lll77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lll77 shall not be responsible for losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, or other technical issues outside lll77's reasonable control.

In no event shall lll77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your lll77 account in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by lll77

lll77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where lll77 reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where lll77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your lll77 account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any account balance remaining at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with these Terms — legitimate balances will be returned to your nominated payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to lll77, provided the termination was not caused by a breach of these Terms on your part.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your lll77 account at any time by contacting lll77 customer support. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to your nominated payment method prior to account closure.

13 Amendments

lll77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, lll77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their lll77 account or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the lll77 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through lll77's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

lll77 operates in alignment with the standards and requirements established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the primary gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of any regulatory authority to take action in respect of the lll77 Platform as permitted by applicable law.
